Since 1998 my approach to planning for results has been applied by many organizations large and small including: Dept. of Prime Minister & Cabinet, Attorney General's Department, CSIRO, Comcare, IBM, Barnardos, CCAmatil among others. The approach has been presented to over 3000 business leaders through a wide variety of industry and special interest seminars and has proven to be equally effective in public, private and NGO sectors.

1951: Born London as an “expat” US citizen. Educated in the UK with tertiary studies in law and the arts London and Paris.
1975 - 1984: A career in manufacturing spanning shop-floor to the boardroom in the UK, Europe and the USA, culminating with the sale of my Californian company MHI inc. in 1984.
1984 -1998: A move to Australia and a whole new world in the ICT sector with ICL, Fujitsu and eventually as Managing Director of Proteon (Australia) Pty. Ltd. and Vice President Asia Pacific Proteon Inc.
1999 - present: Private consulting for both public and private sector clients in the areas of: -strategic investment planning, -policy/program/outcome alignment and impact based performance evaluation/benefit realization.
